This website describes photography services offered by Kevin Nguyen Headshots, including corporate headshot sessions, executive portraits, and team photography as outlined on the Services page.
Pricing displayed on this site is subject to change without notice. A booking is confirmed only upon direct communication with Kevin Nguyen Headshots — either through the contact form on this site or by direct contact via email or phone. Submission of the contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Image Usage & Intellectual Property
Kevin Nguyen retains full copyright of all photographs taken during sessions. Upon delivery of the final edited images, the client receives a non-exclusive personal and professional use license for the delivered images. This license covers use on LinkedIn profiles, company websites, press materials, and similar professional purposes.
Kevin Nguyen Headshots reserves the right to feature session images in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless the client requests in writing prior to the session that their images be excluded from portfolio use. Such a request will be honoured at no additional charge.
Clients may not resell or sub-license the delivered images. Significant commercial licensing (advertising campaigns, stock usage, broadcast) requires a separate written agreement.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please contact Kevin Nguyen Headshots directly to discuss cancellation or rescheduling. Specific cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. We ask for reasonable advance notice — please reach out as early as possible if your plans change.

Limitation of Liability
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Kevin Nguyen Headshots shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any photography services rendered, beyond the amount paid for the session in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
